Doogies Hats return policy it is an exchange only policy.
If Doogies Hats sends you the wrong size we ask that you send only the hat or hats that are wrong with a copy of the receipt to Doogies Hats 3655 N. Meridian Rd. Sanford MI 48657. If for any reason you ordered the wrong size or pattern etc., we have a 25% restock fee due to the fact that the hats are custom made to your specifications and can be very hard to find a new home for them. Upon us receiving the hat or hats, we will inspect them and if it was our mistake, we will make it right by sending you the correct hat or hats. If it was your mistake, we will send to your email with a credit code valued at 75% of your subtotal that you can use to reorder.

What can be returned?
Items must be new and in unused condition to be returned. Items that are not personalized with embroidery may be returned with a 25% restock fee with prior notification to Doogies Hats. At 989-513-4099 or email us at email@example.com.

Call or email us to get a return code without the code we will not accept the return.
Shipping for returns?
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return. Doogies Enterprises is not responsible for any items lost in the mail being returned to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a coupon code will be emailed to you less the 25% of the subtotal.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item do to ordering the wrong size we do charge a 25% restock fee do to the nature of the hats being custom made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
